He graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Bachelor Degree of Psychology with Human Resource Development and is also a Master’s degree holder of Clinical Psychology at University of Cyberjaya. He has extensive clinical experiences in conducting assessment for children with autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, and intellectual disability. He is also experienced in providing psychotherapy for individuals with personality disorders, social phobia, generalized anxiety, performance anxiety, panic disorder, and depression. He obtained further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

She graduated with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at Monash University Malaysia and earned a Master in Clinical Psychology at University of Cyberjaya. She is experienced in working with children, teenagers and young adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered approach, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy. She focuses on providing a supportive environment that helps individuals to have more space to process their emotions, and become more resourceful and stronger when they feel more safe and supported.
